Crafty Me

I made a hooter hider! If you are unfamiliar, it is a nursing apron. They are made by Bebe au Lait, but I decided I could make my own versus purchasing one. They are essentially an apron with a bit of boning at the collar so that mom can look down at baby while nursing, but remain covered. I have a few friends who use theirs often and so I decided to give it a go. I dare say it turned out quite well, but the fabric is a little heavy.

Well, if you peak at the ticker today, you will see that we are now in the single digit countdown! I am beginning to really get a little nervous! My 39 week appointment is tomorrow. More updates then...

nice handiwork!! its super cute!! i hope the hooter hider works for you guys. we never had that much luck with one cause it always took so long for me to position noah when he was young and it got in the way. then when he got older he would just not sit still and want to play with whatever i had. nevertheless, i really wish i had tried harder for something like this cause now he's interested in pulling my shirt all the way up!! not so nice for out in public. but, then again, we don't nurse much these days anyways. did you get the sling?

you look fabulous!! i'm getting so excited for you!!

I loved mine and still have it, although it does not look as nice as yours. A new business perhaps.... :) Em and I are anxiously awaiting Butterball and we cannot wait to get the first glimpse of that red hair! Love you lots!!!
