Cloud Dough

Last week, we tried out another fantastic Pinterest find - cloud dough.  It is flour and oil and it becomes this wonderful fluffy stuff that can be molded and played with much like wet sand at the beach.  We used whole wheat flour and canola oil because that is all I had on hand.  The recipe I saw called for 8 cups flour to 1 cup oil and they used the white flour with baby oil.  I think the white flour would probably make it a little more fluffy and moldable.  I know we will be doing this again because Finn had a blast making mountains and using his construction vehicles in it.

 And, Josette provided the soundtrack for the playtime that morning.  She really enjoys music-making toys and loves to shake a variety of noise makers.
