Express Christmas

We had a wonderful early Christmas celebration with the Colorado family the day before we had to leave.

 Present opening.  Finn was so excited to open everyone's presents and he was so appreciative of everything he got.

 Josette was interested in the whole process too.  She wanted to eat the paper, but then was quickly intrigued by her new toys:

Baboo tried to take some family photos of us at the Garden of the Gods.  Boy, is it tough to get everyone looking and smiling at the same time.  Here is a sample of the photos that day.  You can't beat the back drop!

Ah, Christmas Vacation....

Fargo's

Its been family tradition to go to Fargo's on Christmas Eve for a couple decades now, I think.  So, even though we were early, I had to get my Fargo's fix in. 

Finn loved running around and checking out the Christmas decorations, dancing to the piano and eating plenty of pizza.

 Josette enjoyed hanging out as well:

 We had to get some gaming in afterwards.  Finn and Baboo did some racing and I love me some pinball:

The Loop

One afternoon, Finn stayed to play with Bubbles and Baboo while Sean and Josette and I went shopping in downtown Manitou Springs.  We enjoyed lunch at one of our favorite mexican joints, The Loop.  Josette got her first taste of mexican food while we were there and was quite enthusiastic.  Oh, if only I could take this restaurant home with us!

Christmas Concert

We were lucky to be in CO when Colton had his Christmas concert at school.  It was a lot of fun to see him perform!  Way to go, Colton.  Thanks!

Cuervo & Cognac

Unfortunately, Lily could not make the trip to Colorado with us, although she was happy to run in the wilds of Northwood all week (thanks again, Jan and Peter!)  But, we got our dog fix in double with Cuervo and Cognac.
