Guess that Vegetable!
Let's play...Guess that Vegetable! A friend of Sean's has been giving us the veg from his CSA that he doesn't want. In the latest bag, this beauty arrived. It looks like a cauliflower, but it is bright green and pointy all over. I don't know if it is just a fun variety of cauliflower or something altogether new. Finn wanted to dive right in and try it. Anyone have any guesses? recipes?

It looks like a broccoflower. My parents cooked one for dinner once. I think they just steamed it and served it with cheese sauce, like you would broccoli or cauliflower. Enjoy! Happy Halloween!! Thad is going as a cowboy, Kaz as a cow. :) Have a fun, safe night!
