I Love Caviar!

So, Sean has been in NY for 15 days and returns tomorrow! Yippee. We have been very excited, but Sean had warned me that he may not be home for long. Well, we got fantastic news today...they found a sturgeon egg! This is HUGE! It means that they don't have to do another 3 week egg sample thus Sean won't have to be gone for such a long time again for awhile! He may have to go back next week for a few days, but no more of this 2 week business. I have never been so excited for caviar in my life. Way to go sturgeon.

Finn and I went to a Baby Steps seminar today. It was fun. The topic was baby yoga. Finn enjoyed some moves, but he is really not into relaxing. He wants to move and do stuff! All.The.Time! I actually had bought a baby yoga dvd a while back, but we didn't do it too much because Finn was never into it. I swore they must drug the babies on the program! Some of the babies at the seminar were pretty laid back about it though. Finn had the most fun when we were doing swings and squats with him or when he was laying down and I was doing downward dog and he could grab at my hair. The best part was when the teacher was asking us to close our eyes and center ourselves. Ha! Finn was climbing all over me and demanding attention. It made me laugh a lot so all in all a good time. We then went grocery shopping which Finn loves. He particularly loves produce. I can show him all sorts of things and he finds them quite funny. Cabbage and pineapples are always good for a laugh. His sense of humor is quite refined.

We are bracing ourselves for a 90 degree day tomorrow. I am not sure how we are all going to stay cool. Poor Lily is struggling with the heat. I have always loved cuddling with Finn, but it is not too enjoyable when we are sweating all over each other. I don't know how people have newborns in the summer. Luckily by Wednesday we are supposed to be back to proper cool spring weather.

Yea for homecomings! It will be so nice to be a two parent household again. With John gone so much I have more and more respect for single parents. Love you and enjoy your day tomorrow!
